Dear owners, please note:
1.  In order to use your apartment during this summer, transfer of
ownership should be done.
2. According to our PPC the transfer of ownership will be done after
receipt of Certificate for bringing the building into exploitation.
However, the transfer of ownership can be done after act N15
(Certificate of completion), expected in the middle of August.
3. What we suggest to in order to use the apartments within this year is
to transfer the ownership after act N15. In that case your lawyers (
your bank ) have to agree with this and an annex to our PPC is going to
be signed.
