 New Line Village

Property management:

MeKi Ltd. will maintain and provide for the organizational, technical and administrative management of New Line Village. The management shall comprise the following:

Organization of the internal order in the buildings and the communal parts and the facilities of the Complex, rendering of any kind of assistance to the owners in view of the calm and undisturbed stay and exercise of their right to ownership in the residences and in the Complex as a whole.

Daily technical maintenance of the common installations, equipment and of the other communal parts of the buildings, the swimming-pool, the fitness center, the coffee bar, the green areas and the garden.

Organization of the external and internal security of the Complex.

Organization of the sanitary – hygienic services and the paid services and activities in the complex and the communal parts of the buildings.

Organization of the sanitary – hygienic services in the apartments (minimum once weekly in the period May – September).

Organization and maintenance of the free of charge and the paid services and activities in the Complex.

Insurance of the communal parts and facilities of the Complex

Organization of accrual and collection of the bills for all overhead expenses and services rendered to the Owner, the other owners and their lessees

Payment of all bills for electricity, water supply and cable TV, Internet (when there are such) on behalf of the owner.
